Local produce
Free Range Eggs served for breakfast come from Wyke Oliver Farm Preston, Dorset. Wyke Oliver Farm has a small farm shop and Wyke Oliver Farm Produce can be found at many of Dorset's farmer's markets where both large and small orders are welcomed: Dorchester's Local Producers' Market at the Corn Exchange on Friday mornings
Brian and Anne Barnes and daughter Tracey keep Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowl, Quail and also Pigs and Goats. The goat meat is very popular as are the variety of eggs, some of which are a bluish green from Araucana hens. Anne’s home-made cakes, some from recipes unique to her, are made only with their own free range eggs and local butter
Our Breakfast milk comes from Craig's Farm Dairy at Craig Lea East Farm, Osmington near Weymouth
