On the Ground Floor - Room 1.

Two–roomed ground floor Garden Room Suite has a level, ramped access direct from our private parking area making it particularly suitable for those guests with disabilities, less able and elderly guests and wheelchair users

Our Garden Room Suite is equally ideal deal for a family, as a multiple suite or a spacious secluded area for two.

 

A 4ft 6in Double bedded room and spacious adjoining Garden Room with a single or twin beds and a comfortable 3-seater sofa.

The Garden Room is very light and airy with windows the length of two walls overlooking the patio and garden. These are fitted with heat, cold and light reflective vertical blackout blinds
An outer door opens directly on to the patio and our enclosed garden. There are steps down to both but wheelchair access to the garden is possible via the low concrete ramp at the front of the house

A wide doorway with double curtains links the two rooms.
The additional curtained dressing room area has a second hand basin.
There is ample room for two full sized 3ft single beds in the Garden Room with the comfortable 3-seater sofa.

The suite was specifically designed for less able guests and wheelchair users but equally with direct access to the garden, is ideal as a family room or multiple suite to sleep up to 4 guests
One single bed can be removed, as shown, to provide a larger seating area if not needed for sleeping

A large well planned en suite shower room: Extra wide doorway: Seated easy access ‘level-deck’ shower with wide opening doors and plenty of well positioned grab rails.
All shower rooms are complimented by a good selection of bathroom size toiletries and large good quality bath sheets, towels and face flannels.

The covered wheelchair access route is direct from our own car park at the side of the house via a low metal ramp to the back door.
