First Floor : Six bedrooms

Room 2

Twin bedroom has a shower room en suite and a west-facing window over looking the garden with a view towards Maiden Castle iron-age hill fort
6ft 6in length single beds with single duvets

Room 3

Larger, Super-King-size Double or Twin bedded room with shower room en suite above the guest lounge has two large arm chairs and a larger en suite shower room than Room 5. The second window facing west is ideal for the evening sun and a view over the garden and towards Hardy’s Monument

Room 5

Larger, Super-King-size Double or Twin bedded room with shower room en suite. The same size as the breakfast room situated below.
This is the largest bedroom in the house with a smaller en suite than Room 3 so the actual floor space is greater.
Room 5 is equally ideal as a twin bedded room and there is ample space for a cot or an extra full sized 3ft single bed if required. Eg: Super-King-sized double bed plus an extra 3ft single bed or three 3ft single beds
Rooms 3 & 5 have 6ft 6in length ‘Zip and Link’ beds so can be Super-King-size Double with king-size duvet or Twin bedded with double duvets
Large south facing bay windows have an excellent open aspect and views of Maiden Castle Iron age hill fort

Room 6

Double Bedroom with a 4ft 6in Double bed - 6ft length with shower room en suite and dual aspect to the south and east

Room 4

This spacious Single Bedroom has its own private shower room just across the landing and a large south-facing picture window

A wrapped dressing gown is provided for use with the private shower rooms of our single bedrooms 4 and 7

Room 7

A spacious L shaped, Single Bedroom has dual aspect to the North and East and its own private shower room 2 steps up just across the hallway

To enable our guests to travel light our shower rooms are fully equipped with more than the essentials. Spacious, powerful showers are complimented by a generous selection of toiletries and shower gels, bathroom-size shampoos with matching conditioners etc. and large, good quality bath sheets, towels and face flannels.
With the exception of Bedroom 2 all our bedrooms are fitted with heat, cold and light reflective blackout blinds.
Bedroom 2 window faces west across the garden, and benefits from the evening sun but has no street light or early morning sun.
