Rooms 3 and 5:
have ‘Zip and Link’ beds so they can be made up as two single twin beds or linked and zipped together to create a larger super-king-size bed.
Room 3:
Larger, Super-king-size double bedded room with shower room en suite

Room 5:
Larger, Super-king-size Double or Twin bedded room with shower room en suite
£84.00 per room per night Being the largest room in the house this is able to take an extra full sized 3ft single bed offering the alternative sleeping arrangements to sleep up to 3 guests either as a Super-king-size double with an extra single bed or 3 single beds:

Room 4 and Room 7:
Single bedded rooms, each with its own private shower room
£40.00 per room per night
Deposit:
A cheque deposit of the first night tariff, payable to ‘Aquila Heights’ or a Credit Card number with details to be held as security will be requested to confirm all reservations. Payment can then be made in full by a method chosen during your stay. For data protection and security, guest particulars and card details given as security are kept secure until arrival. Cancellation or Non Arrival:
A card transaction would only take place should guests fail to take up a reservation without notice or in the event of a cancellation too late for a room to be resold
Whilst Visa Credit or MasterCard details are requested to confirm a reservation, regrettably, a 2% handling charge is made on all invoices if paid by UK bank Visa Credit and MasterCard and all Bank Cards from overseas bank accounts.

Regrettably, a one night Friday or Saturday reservation is not possible from May - October (inclusive), over Bank Holiday weekends or during school half-terms and holidays unless there is a one night availability between reservations already accepted.

A two night minimum weekend reservation cannot be commuted to a single night at a later date. Both reserved nights will still be payable

Advanced reservations of our larger rooms for single occupation will not normally be possible at a reduced tariff within 48hrs of arrival date from May till October (inclusive)
