A 4ft 6in Double Bedded Room and spacious adjoining Garden Room with Twin Single Beds and a comfortable 3-seater sofa. We are also creating an extra private dressing room area leading from the Garden Room that will include an additional hand basin etc.

This is a Two – Roomed ground floor suite with level, ramped access direct from the private parking area making it particularly suitable for those guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. Fitted with a wheel-in seated shower, grab rails and all low/high-level facilities.

Equally ideal as a family room, multiple suite or a more spacious area for two

An Excellent Breakfast is included chosen from an extensive menu

Individually cooked using the Finest Quality Fresh and Local Produce in Season wherever possible

Free-Range Eggs cooked for breakfast come from Anne Barnes at Wyke Oliver Farm in Preston

Deposit. A cheque deposit of the first night tariff, payable to ‘Aquila Heights’ or a credit card number with details to be held as security will be requested to confirm all reservations. Payment can then be made in full by a method chosen during your stay.

Cancellation or Non Arrival: A card transaction would only take place should guests fail to take up a reservation without notice or in the event of a cancellation too late for a room to be resold. The first night then becomes payable.
In this event, a deposit would also become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Regrettably, single Saturday night only reservations and advanced reservations of a larger room for single occupation is not possible, at a reduced tariff, from May to October (inclusive), over Bank Holiday weekends or during school half-terms/holidays

Unfortunately, it has become necessary for a 2% card handling charge to be made on all invoices paid by Credit Card
